Hm, which Lexus hybrid are you asking about? None of them have 450hp, although one does have "450" in its name...
It's not the RX400h, as that has 268 hp total system output. The US MSRP starts at $41,180.

Are you talking about the GS 450h? The 450 doesn't mean horsepower, it means engine size (4.50 liter V6). The GSh starts at $54,900. If you weren't talking about the GSh, the only other hybrids Lexus offers are the RXh and the LSh. The RX 400h starts at $41,180 and the LS 600h starts at $104,000.
