Actually, you sound wonderful, but just to answer your question...let me tell you what I do.
Weight loss is really quite simple; there are only two things you need do to reach your goals:
1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep your intake at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.
2. Exercise for one hour a day, every single day. It can be anything from pilates to just plain walking, but do it. One hour. Every day.
This is a pretty simple recipe for weight loss, but it works. It has worked for me; I have lost 62 pounds this way. It will work for you if you commit to it and stick to it.
Good luck!

We don't know what your height is. At 5 feet tall 150 lbs would be a little bit to much. At 5 feet 6 inches 150 lbs and 1,500 calories would be fine. As long as you are healthy and active. It would be better to be a tiny bit chubby & not to get into the cycle of Anorexia. Eat healthy and keep active! Walking is good. You don't need a gym membership just go to the mall and walk for free. I have known people to firm up and loose inches by walking at the mall.

Yeah, that's fine. 1200 is minimum for a female. Just make sure they are healthy calories and not junk foods
I'd suggest going to the website below and using their calculator to determine what is healthy for your activity level, height, and weight
hope that helps
