If you don't possess experience in the ways of technology/animation, are you eligible for Disney employment?

I would like to apply for a job in either Disneyland or Disney studios, but I'm not a master at animation programs. I have no previous experience with management, or even representative experience. How would I apply for a position in either one of those locations?
