Here is one of many companies that sell different brands of solar cells and modules. The other retailers are about the same on price, but if you need more companies just Google: "solar panels"

You get the best value when you buy the largest panels (above 100Watts).

For example (from the Mr. Solar link) the Sunwise SW150UL goes for $4.67 per Watt. That's about as cheap as it gets. Low power modules and cells can go for as high as $10.00 per Watt and up.
