Stop the Clavamox (it is not uncommon that dogs cannot tolerate this antibiotic) and call your vet tomorrow and let them know your dog vomited on the Clava. Your vet will have you return the meds and give you another type of antibiotic (Baytril, Cephalexin, Simpliceff, etc.). Do not continue to medicate this dog with the Clavamox.

Dont give anymore until you talk to your vet. I work for a vet and I also have a dog who gets sick form clavamox. Your vet will probably want you to come back in and get a different Antibiotic, some dogs cant handle clavamox. my little guy needs fluids and medication to help him get better from getting sick form the clavamox. So, dont give anymore til you talk to your vet.

Although not common, some dogs have adverse reactions to some antibiotics. The best idea is to not give anymore and call the doc as soon as the hospital opens. Its not going to do any good anyway if he keeps vomiting it back up. Your vet can prescribe a different antibiotic that should not cause upset

Give the dog one Pepscid AC 20 minutes before the Clavamox. Give the Clamamox in his food.
Never on an empty stomach.

Skip it until the next dosage. Try giving it on a full stomach. If he continues to vomit, tell your vet--he may have to prescribe a different antibiotic. Some dogs have individual sensitivities to Clavamox, Baytril and Cephalexin type drugs.

If you are more comfy waiting to speak to the vet, do that. But clavamox needs to be givien with food. It also will probably make your dogs poo soft while taking it.

Wait until the next dose. Also make sure the dog has something on it's stomach before you give him the next pill.
Clavamox is know to cause upset stomachs in dogs. If he continue to vomit then call your vet, he may wish to change the meds.

Add: If Vet Tech say stop the meds and call your vet than I would believe her.

I would call your vet to find out, calling won't cost you, and they will know for sure what you did so they can add it to their records if necessary.
