It's pasta. Treat as you would any other pasta. Yes, you can reheat it in the microwave.

Lighly coat it with just enough oil to allow the individual pieces to separate and fluff it with a fork.
To re-heat in a microwave add about 3 TBS of water or stock ,fluff with a fork to distribute the water ,cook covered for 2 minutes .The product is cooked already ,you just need to get it hot ,so be gentle with it.

in a plastic bowl you could reheat it in the microwave i would stick it in almost boiling water for a minute
