Could they be considered oxymorons?

I would call them ignorant.

"Quick" means lively, and compared to regular sand quicksand is livelier.

The "park" in "parkway" is a noun or adjective, and now a verb.

All i have to say is quick sand moves faster than regular sand.

I guess you would call that a pun, or an oxymoron. Oxymoron is the better definition.
