I would avoid that place. I've heard terrible things about it.
There are a couple more places around here that you can go to. I would just google them.
Do NOT go to Jade Dragon.

I've heard great things and terrible things. Go and check them out for yourself. Ask to look at portfolios of recent artwork. Check out cleanliness and sterilization and talk to the tattoo artists. If they come off all snotty, then you don't want to get your ink done there. Look for personable artists that are obviously very much in love with what they do!!Good Luck!

We rework tattoos that come out of there almost every single week - seriously. I don't ever trash our competitors but this is our experience.
