He hasn't asked me out since then or made any straightforward advances. I don't want to date a coworker. I am hoping he won't ask me out. Do you think I am in the clear and that he won't ask me since it has been a couple of months since then?

I am in the same situation, and it is like you want him to ask you but you don't really want to date a co-worker. I guess some guys are just plain weird, they make advances, then not follow through!

if its been a couple of months the guys lost interest trust me
he still might think ur hot but somehow u put him off and ur in the clear

If he ask you again just make it clear to him how you feel. just say you wouldnt feel comfortable dating your coworker
