if ur friend said he likes u, and u like him....go up 2 him and just kiss him. then if he liked that then ask him out.

juss ask him out . or if yu get a friend to ask him out for yu , make sure its someone everyone likes ((juss as a friend)) cuz if its someone who annoys yur guy and/or everyone else , hes gonna say no , juss cuz shes asking
