I can't find sola scriptura nor sola fide in the Bible that evangelicals are preaching about. so doesn't that mean that sola scriptura and sola fide are unbiblical, and therefore all people can conclude that "sola scriptura, sola fide" is a man-made tradition?

according to Evangelicals all things that are not biblical when it comes to God should be rejected, so why don't they reject "sola scriptura, sola fide" when it's clear that it's not biblical?

The only correction I'll make is that Catholics do not follow man-made traditions whatsoever, whether it would "okay" or not (which it isn't anyway). Otherwise, I agree with you. The Bible never claims to be the sole authority, a man-made tradition that originated with Protestants, yet they try to twist it on Catholics by attacking our Traditions (big "T" traditions) which are solid dogma that originates with God, not us.

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

2Jo 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
2Jo 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into [your] house, neither bid him God speed:

Rev 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

Rom 16:17 ¶ Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
Rom 16:18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

sola scriptura is a catholic term. that's why you won't find them in the bible. the fact is, jesus did not give authority to the roman church to add ANYTHING regarding doctrine.

by whom do you suppose they got this authority? if you believe there is a satan, then you better believe that he's responsible for all the pagan cult rituals and ceremonies that the catholic church refuse to give up, because those are not supported by the doctrine of JESUS. in fact, he CONDEMNS them.

nice try, though.

Also, it depends on which version of the Bible you're reading. There are significant differences between the Catholic original Bible, and the latter protestant King James version.

oh well, it's just a very good example of cherry-picking that fundies are very good at.
