pink salad
12 oz cool whip ,sm can crushed pineapple, can of sweetned condensed milk and a can of cherry pie filling . Mix all together in a large bowl and let set overnight in refrigerator. I guess you can use other pie fillings and it would be good too .

The best cookies in the world, especially on a cold day. For the holidays, try leaving some of the frosting white, coloring some red, and some green. That will make a festive look.

Melting Moments

2 sticks salted butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup corn starch
1 cup flour

*Cream together accordingly*

Use scooper to scoop out onto cookie sheet
Using glass of water+pointer finger press down in center (usually 2 cookies per dip)
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (edges lightly brown)

Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dribble of milk for right consistency
(Will make one cup)

*note* I dont use salted butter, I just add a pinch of salt

SUPER simple -- and definitely a hit at any gathering...

Mint Chocolate Brownies

1. Prepare boxed brownies according to directions.

2. Meanwhile, unwrap Andes mints. (For one box of brownies, I use 2 boxes of Andes candies... I like a good amount of chocolate on top.)

3. When the brownies are done, remove from the oven and immediately put the candies on top so that they melt from the heat.

4. If you're like me, you like smooth chocolate on top, so use a knife to spread the melted mint-chocolate candies.

5. Allow to cool until brownies are cool and chocolate is solid on top.

6. Cut into squares (your own preference for size.)

7. Enjoy!!!!
