It seems every tiny ounce of fat that I eat from food goes straight to my gut. For example, if I go on a diet, and for a whole week I exercise and eat healthy, I can lose some fat from my gut, but if the next day I decide to eat 2 pieces of pizza, all that fat I lost from that week goes right back on my gut. I hate that I can't eat a good(which is usually fattening) food without regretting it afterwards. I ALWAYS regret it. How come all the fat from everything I eat goes straight to my gut? What can I do to help it? I am SICK of this stubborn little pudge of fat that I can't seem to get rid of!

you expect results in a week from dieting after years of neglecting your body? you aren't losing fat in one week of dieting only water weight. it takes most a good 3-4 weeks on a reduced calorie diet and exercise program before there is measurable fat loss.

you need to make some lifestyle changes or you will be battling your gut for the lifespan

Exercise will take care of it. Just exercise regularly, three times a week for 20 minutes straight, and it'll go away. Guaranteed.
