German Shepherd. Labs are bred as retrievers, and gentleness in handling the prey is important. German Shepherds need to be able to hold onto a captured bad guy, and keep him from escaping.

It all depends on the individual dog and the strength of their jaw muscles. The dog with the strongest bite is not the average Pitbull, it's the Bull Mastiff. On average the force is over 525 psi. Not something I would wnt clamped on my arm/leg.

Black Labs most definately they famously known for this even though german shpeapards are known for police work

German shepards, because these dogs are used in police work and are really tough

Lab because if you look at a lab attack and a german shepherd attack, which one looks worse? The labs, labs usually have alot more problems then pit bulls.(Had to say it!)
