It doesn't matter what I'm doing, I get stressed out. It can be a simple thing like playing an online game. If I'm loosing I get stressed and quite. I can't even sleep at night b/c stuff from the day has me so stressed that I can't stop thinking about it. I do I stop this?

I think you should look more deeply into why you get stressed about these things. What are you worried about when you are losing? Are you worried about what people think? Do you think people know who you are online? What do you think of yourself? How self conscious are you? Why don't you like yourself? Do you think other people make mistakes or lose at games?

try pilates or yoga. It really calms the body. Or if your at work just take 25 deep, deep breaths.
