270 isn't a bad kicker, so I'd wonder about the fit of the rifle that gave you that idea, and about your shooting technique. If you can, consult a knowledgeable gunshop owner or gunsmith. That said, I'll actually get around to answering your question.
260 Remington, 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser, 250 Savage and 257 Roberts have a bit less recoil than 270, depending on the load you shoot. Even lighter are 243 Winchester and 6mm Remington, but they won't kill a buck "easy," and you'll have to choose your shots carefully, passing up a buck every now and then that you'd shoot with a larger caliber. I was 14 when I switched to 6mm Remington, but there were quite a few occasions when I wished I had more gun.

Well, a .243 and a 25-06 wont kick much and will kill a deer. A 30-30 will also suit your wants but it wont shoot as far as the others.
And as Boker said, a 13 cant buy a gun, so dont expect to walk in and hand them the money and them hand you the gun. A legal gaurdian must buy and and depending on the state, it might require months of paperwork and pain. In my state you have to get a card, which takes a few months then you have to go get a background check, then wait a few more days for everything to process, then you go home with your gun if all that works.

Find yourself one of the old military rifles in 7x57mm or 6.5x55mm. they are cheap enough for you to be able afford and ammo is still sold for them. I bought a Mdl 95 Mauser in 1965 and still have it and still hunt with it. The 7x57mm cal. will not kick you hard and it will put down big game.
Or you can go to a .308 there are several companies that sell them at a reasonable price such as Savage and NEF. Ammo for it will always be available.

My advise is a 30-30 or a 6mm. Lot of power behind them and they dont have a lot of kick. A Marlin 30-30 was my 1st rifle was able to shoot it when I was young.

The best caliber Deer Rifle for your purpose is the 3030.* It has harvested more Deer than any other caliber.* It is comfortable to shoot with very little kick to it.*

At 13 years old you won't be able to buy any firearm, you'll need a parent or legal guardian to buy it.
Caliber choices would be.
.243
.257 Roberts
25-06
.308
I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of right now that meets your criteria.
