And your theory behind taking them, has something to do with calcium?? and this you think will make you grow?? they are finding that people who take tums and other calcium fortified products, are beginning to show signs of excess cartilage, and that may cause joints to fuse , and other problems that you might do well to research. Granted one is man made and one is organic. but they may react the same way. you might want to check that out.

One very dangerous side effect is that you will be supporting the needless slaughter of millions of sharks, many of whom face the endangered species list. Time to grow up and deal with the genetics your parents have given you and leave other creatures out of it.

growth is controlled by the amount of human growth hormone produced by your pituitary gland. i think the shark pills are for your immune system.

all the pills have negative effects and to your body and to your brain. You are fine you are ok for your age don't worry

shark cartilage is used for pain management,and cancer treatment. from what i've read there isn't any side effects. but
if i were you i'd check with your dr first.
