What is the timing for 1999 Hyundai Accent? Is there a difference between the 1998 and 1999 Accent?

I am replacing the timing belt and I can't find a manual to set the timing, is it self setting or what do I need to do?

The ignition timing is controlled by the ecu and needs no adjustment.
