I decided to brine a turkey this year. Would I be able to put the turkey outside if I don't have a big cooler or fridge accessible? If so, what outside temp is ideal for the turkey?

your refrigerator temperature should be 41 degrees or cooler. I know that my mom has left a turkey overnight outside when it was in the mid 30s. It turned out fine. However, it would be easiest to just find some sort of vessel, i.e. cooler, big plastic rubber maid box, etc. We use those huge ziploc bags for storing the turkey and the brine and then put it in a plastic rubber maid box.
