You create what other people will think about you. The fact that you have a great body will only be an extra if you market yourself right. Don't let people say that about you. Don't take it and show other people that you respect EVERYTHING about yourself. once you do that, they won't think twice about shrinking you down to just a body.

Maybe you might need to dress more modestly.
There are some women who dress very modestly
and most people don't even imagine that she has
a great body until they happen to see her in a bathingsuit, because she dresses very classy and modest. It's kind of like, if a girl wears glasses,
she kind of looks nerdy and not super attractive,
but then when she takes her glasses-off all of the sudden she looks like wow! beautiful!
So if guys constantly treat you like a piece of meat,
maybe you are in some way encouraging them to do that by how you dress. Also maybe you are hanging around the wrong people too.
As I get older, I sometimes notice perhaps a librarian who is dressed very conservatively.
But then when I look her over a little more, I notice that she has a nice physique. she's not dressed provocatively, so guys aren't treating her like a whore or whatever, but I can tell that if I was her man, with that body, she could make me VERY happy behind closed doors!

First off, he's an idiot. A shallow idiot. Lots of chicks get checked out everyday. You're not alone. You lift your chin up and you keep walking. Enjoy it now because in the future no one's gonna wanna look at granny's spider veins.
Don't give power to narrow-minded people. Have faith in yourself that you're someone special. Carry yourself with class and respect. Respect attracts respect.

It sounds like he got hurt when you dumped him and he was just saying that to get back at you.
Unfortunately, you cant really control how other people perceive you. Just make sure youre not basing your idea of how others are perceiving you upon what he said. Then he really would have succeeded in getting back at you.

try dressing more modestly (less cleavage and butt)
join clubs or groups at school that show off your talents (and not your boobs)
surround yourself with people who like you for who you are inside
stop dating jerks!!!!!
