My parents only buy foods such as cookies and candies. I'm not kidding our kitchen is bare with the exception of a few fattening foods. I don't know what I should do because I feel that my only three options are being fat, anorexic or bulemic. What should I do?

That's just sad. Do you go to the store with your mom or whoever does the shopping? You'd figure they'd let you pick out some foods their own children want. Try just grabbing a bag of apples and some bananas yourself and put it in the cart. What are your parents going to do? Tell you that you can't buy fruits and vegetables? What a laugh.

step 1.tell your parents you feel this way.
step 2. go shopping with your parents and get fruit and low fat items instead of sugary cookies
step 3.learn to cook! if they still hve cookies then learn to make a simple soup! liek this:
get vegetable broth, pasta, and any vegetables liek carrots, potatos, corn, peas, celery, tomatoes etc. dump the broth in a pot and add the chopped veggies in. have them boil and then let them simmer. add in the pasta when u can easily put a for kthrew the veggies. youll know when the pastas done and put some pepper in.
4.try making your dishes for your familes
5.exercise! allong with eating healthier do some cardio. get your family involved to.ask your mom or dad or siblings to take a wal kwith you. pop in a yoga dvd.

I'd definitely rather date someone that was heavier. I don't have the time nor the patience to deal with a man who is so emotionally insecure that he thinks reaching his & society's idea of physical perfection will make him happier. Not to mention it's disgusting and completely unhealthy. Besides, I like a little junk in my man's trunk.

Eating disorders aren't "eating options", they're psychological disorders. Why not save your own money and buy some cheap healthy foods like beans, apples, whole grain breads, etc. and take control over your own nutrition.

Ask them buy more healthy foods because your afraid you'll gain weight.
Or, next time they go to the grocery store, ask to go with them and pick out a few healthy things.

starving yourself and making yourself throw up arn't very clever options.
talk to your parents.
surely the unhealthy food that you would usually eat, they can stop buying and instead by more healthy things? maybe it would be good to encourage them to try eating healthier too. buy whoever cooks a healthy cook book for christmas or something.

Tell your parents to buy better foods or earn the money to buy your own.

talk to your parents. tell them that you want to be able to eat without throwing up because of all the sugar you put into your body tell them to buy like one bag of cookies and but a bag of apples instead. then if they buy instead of candies to buy some granola bars. tell them or go to the store with them when they shop. tell them what all of that does to them tell them that they can die from all of that. because they can!
