what causes a blackout from drinking?

i seem to blackout when i get smashed on liquer, but not beer. why is that?

a blackout happens when you have to much alcohol in your body alcohol is hydrolific sp? it robes your body of water the only different between between alcohol and ether is watter

because you can't hold your alcohol and drink too damned much!! try cutting back before you die of alcohol poisoning. I've lost 3 friends on different occasions to excessive drinking because they were to stupid to cut back a little, and didn't know that you could actually DIE!!
