St. Bernadette Soubirous is the one that you're probably thinking about. Her body is perfectly preserved in a glass coffin in her convent in Nevers, France. Here's a photograph of her body:

However, St. Catherine Laboure (the nun to whom the Blessed Virgin gave the Miraculous Medal) is also incorrupt. She is in a glass coffin in her convent in Paris, and she is very beautiful.

I'm pretty sure you're thinking of St. Bernadette of Lourdes. She is one of the incorruptible saints. Her body did not decompose after death. She appears to be in a deep sleep like Sleeping Beauty.

Catholic Saints are not the only ones whose bodies remained incorrupt after death.

The slain civil rights leader, Medgar Evers, was exhumed for a trial in the mid 1980s. Investigators were stunned to discover that after more than 20 years after his murder, his body was uncorrupted.
