First off, Good luck to her :) That's a big change and I hope she enjoys her time there.
A lot of people here are saying Long Distance relationships don't work, that's not true. It varies from person to person. I've known a lot of people who have gone through similar situations, and for most of them, it turned out fine in the end. (I've lived it too, with happy results.) The only thing it seems you can do would be to give it a try, and if it's not working out, then do something about it. Yeah, it will be tough, but what relationship doesn't go through it's ups and downs? If you really love her like you say you do, all you can do is give it a shot, you never know unless you try.
Good Luck, I really hope you two work things out. I mean, I don't know your current situation, but maybe you can go visit every now and again. It would be a great trip to share with her, and she'd be glad to see a familiar, loving face. :)

Since you guys are so close, it's a real shame that she's moving! I think that you should at least try a long distance relationship for a while... after all, you're in love! - and your relationship shouldn't just be thrown away so quickly. And if it doesn't work out, you will both know that you at least made an effort...and that you can still talk once in a while to stay friends. GOOD LUCK!

breaking up is the only thing to do in this case. it wont work tha far apart. you guys could make a deal that if youre still single or not in any serious relationships 2 years later then you will get back together.

talk to her about it see what she thinks that kind of desicion has to be made by 2 PEOPLE
my preference:
keep a relationship going (not bf gf) but a friendly one communicating and christmas presents and such
let eachother date other people while shes away so you both can have a life
pray about
let time take its course

If you really love her then time shouldn't come in the way! You don't have to talk every day, but try to keep in touch! But if you're really not sure then you should talk to your gf about how you feel, get her opinion. I hope I helped, best wishes!

at least take a break for the time span, and then when she comes home you can decide whether or not to get back together.

No, I would just remain friends - she will need your support before during and after the move. Once she gets settled she will be fine and so will you.

No, no, no. All long-distance relationships are doomed. There are millons of sushi fish in the sea and many swim near you.
