If god is omniscient, why would he create people whom he knew were going to hell, that's sadistic.

God tests us, not for his own knowledge, but so that we may know the frailties in our own heart. God wants US to be aware of what we need to "work on"

It is not that God 'needs' to test us, it is that we need to be tested. That way we can see for ourselves where our faults are so that we can correct them, until we are made perfect. When we are perfect we no longer sin, sin is the transgression of the Law. The Law is the 10 commandments. When we have them 'written' upon our foreheads (in our minds) and upon our hearts (we do them), then we are Holy, which is what God commands us to be. He says ' be ye Holy as I am Holy, for I am the Lord thy God.' He also commands us to believe in/on His Son, who is the only way too God.

To teach you your frailties so that you can learn from the mistakes/choices you make. But you can't learn if you don't pay attention and don't learn to obey/trust in Him. No one can make it on their own without His grace.

Because YOU don't know them and aren't living anywhere near your abilities. He will test us so we know that we can rely on him, so that we can see where we need to improve and so that we can be better made to serve him.

He isn't testing you. You are simply perceiving bad things that happen in your life as "tests" because you are superstitious.
