Windsor is running out of space and money to support Mexican refugees, yet they continue to arrive at alarmous rates. How do you think Canada should handle this problem in short term? Do you think the people arriving are legitimate refugees?

They are not refugees, for Christs sake. They are illegal aliens who want a job, free medical care, free housing, free food, and free education for their many kids. Deport their butts immediately! There are going to be hundreds of thousands of them coming to Canada soon, because the US states are passing tough laws against illegal alien invaders.

That's the problem.....once it starts....there's a never ending flood. They are not refugees in the true sense......they are not fleeing war or threat of torture.....they want money. All the freebies you can hand out so they have more money to send back to Mexico. They are "migrating".....ya see....this is thier continent and they want to roam it freely taking what they want and demanding the rest. There is no respect for rule of law or any desire to mesh in with the culture. They won't learn your language and trust me....cave in on one thing and it is over.....the demands are endless.
Nip it in the bud right from the start.....trust me...you don't want whats happening here...happening there. Though I would like to see what new excuse they have for their RIGHT to be there and demand everything while they turn your country to a 3rd world corrupt slum.
They have a wealthy country.....their country needs to buck up and fix their own problems instead of dumping it on everyone elses door before it destroys you as it has in many places here. Just wait for the endless babies to start rolling along and see what it does to your health care system and such......no country can take this many people.......It's already a strain and you haven't reached the 12-20 MILLION we have. I do hope you don't have birthright citizenship.....
Send them back....to Mexico....that is their country...that is where their allegience lies....that is the culture they love.

I think they are going to Canada because the Southern States in the US are passing harsh laws for illegals and residents. It's now a felony in my state to transport an illegal. If I give a Latino neighbor a lift to the parts store, I can go to jail for a year. As a felon! No ambulance service for Spanish 911 calls! The EMT's might transport an illegal alien. I hope legals speak Spanish all the time, every time.
Latinos have worked in agriculture, oilfields and construction for low pay. I'm pretty sure they could find work in BC, Canada and the Northern regions. They know how to run equipment and work long hours. The diamond mines would love to have them for employees.
It's like the influx of Asians and Irish for low-paying jobs, 100 years ago. They're willing to do the work, for the pay.

i can't see how they would be classified as 'refugees'! they again use 'words' and loop holes to further their personal gain.
According to the 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, a refugee is a person who "owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, is outside the country of their nationality, and is unable to or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail him/herself of the protection of that country."

I guess they are going to canada as refugees from decreasing illegal alien tolerance in the U.S.. I guess it's hard to make a dishonest living anymore.
I suppose pedophiles could claim the same.

the only Mexicans who qualify for this are people who've survived assassination tries or who've lost kin to cartel kidnappers. those are solely the wealthy and the intelligentsia, regularly newshounds, professors and rather placed dignitaries whose lives have been threatened by political violence.

They aren't refugees...LOL! They like the looks of Universal Health Care and whatever other freebies you are handing out. Wait until they face their first Winter in Ontario, with that wind coming across the lake... they might rethink that refugee claim.
So, PLEASE do the US a favor and deport them back to MEXICO.

Mexico is bettter than all of these haters. Canada is a boring and cold country than any Mexican in his good sense would ever change.
so forget it. you get cheap labor from other places!!!
