i drink once a week (usually saturday night) im 23 and my health is perfect apart from having very light case of asthma which ive had all my life before i drank!

I am 65 and joined AA last November and havn't had a drink since, I am inperfect health, it is the best move I ever made, and next year I'm getting married to another recovering alcoholic.

maybe 2 glasses of wine monthly. I'm 39 years old, haven't been sick since I got the chicken pox in 1983

rarely dring alcohol. Dont need artificial stimulants to make me happy!
Health 10/10 so far.

10 pints twice a week and 3-4pints twice a week,, i'm in 40's and fit as afiddle,,,,,, thats guinness for you
