ACCORDING TO THE WORD OF God THEY ARE:
The gift of healing. That means God has Blessed you to lay hands on people and to be healed through Him.
The gift of Prophecy: God has Blessed you with wisdom of things to happen present, past and future.
The gift of Discernment: God's Holy Spirit will allow you to know who is honest and who is not.
The gift of Tongues: God doesn't Blessed just anyone with this Gift. But it is a Heavenly Language between you & God.
There should always be an interperter, so others may know what is being said.

10To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
The rest of 1 Corinthians 12 talks about the body of Christ. Basically the gifts are as diverse as peoples talents. It could be music, or teaching or listening. Giving time can be a gift. Whatever your gift is to be used in service of the Lord or it will be taken away.(Matthew 25:14-30)
