Dont know about the chocolate milk but I used ranch dressing in a pinch before and that is all we use now. If you use the milk , let us know how it turned out.

You can use some of the water from cooking the potatoes. They won't be quite as creamy but with a bit of butter an seasoning, it would sure be better than with chocolate milk!

Choclate mashed potatos doesn't sound very good but I would give it a try it might be really good even though its not going to look very good.

if you're the one eating it, you can try anything you want, how do you think new recipes are discovered? People improvise or envision it--but if you're serving it to anyone else, i'd run down to the local 7-11 or gas station and get white milk
dont you have a neighbor that you can ask, "Got Milk?"
