Tripe and onions, which many find quite disgusting, is quite nice.

Be careful. Depending on the situation this can be grounds for charges. Someone near me was recently jailed for something as simple as sneaking an energy drink into someone else's beverage. It raised their heart rate and gave them palpitations. The "victim" had to go to the hospital, the plot was revealed and the offender was arrested and charged with assault. Revenge is best avoided. I have also heard it put this way. "The best revenge against someone is to not give them the satisfaction of thinking of them again."

"This best revenge is to live well"
To that end, cook the person the BEST meal you possibly can. If you try to make something truly awful, then you have not elevated yourself in this situation.

In the bible is says "Heap coals of kindness on thine enemy's head", so be the better person.

On the other hand, Pierre de Las Close, who wrote Dangerous Liasons said "Revenge is a dish best eaten cold".

Hello Jenny,

Tut, tut, who has gotten on the wrong side of you? (LoL).

I think it is quite simple really, serve them any meal, but make sure it is as badly prepared and cooked as possible.

Of course you would not want to eat a meal like that so cook the same meal for yourself, but separately.

Serve the badly prepared meal to the 'victim' and the other to yourself.

Not only will he/she not enjoy the meal, they will also wonder why you are eating yours and enjoying it so much.

A sort of double revenge. You can sit there watching them suffer whilst you are throughly enjoying every morsel that enters your mouth.

When you do cook this meal please don't invite me as it might be me getting the not so nice helping. (LoL).

BTW if you can make his/her meal look as nice as yours whilst making it taste terrible, so much the better.

The second most famous restaurant in the world (based here in the uk) is famous for its snail porridge. Why not snare a few of these little buggers and blitz them into his chicken soup with a few slugs to boot. You cannot be charged with assault because you are just doing experimental cooking like top chefs do. Its got to taste nice so u can make it again. Other suggestions:
Dog food spag bol.
Snotburgers.
Soup a la piss.
Kebab laced with e coli....blame the kebab shop for the food poisoning.
Hope u feel better soon.

I always wanted to put those chocolate laxatives in brownies or chocolate chunk cookies or something. You'd need a lot of laxative to cause diarrhea though, so it could be expensive.

Also, I always thought it'd be funny to put horny goat weed in something and give it to a guy... someone told me it doesn't work, but they sell it at gas stations and stuff so it'd be easy to get. It's supposed to be like a natural viagra, I guess. I think it works for women too.

I think that a meal with scotch bonnet chillies in it will do more than blow their socks off.
If you can get hold of some phenolphalein a few drops will keep them on the toilet for a day or two.

Don't know about a meal but you could always play Russian Roulette with one of those chocolate gift sets where one of them is a chocolate covered jalapeno pepper.
