my parents said that they were gettin me a fone a week ago,, they havent gotten it yet!!! why are parents so ARGH!!!

You sound so spoiled, like most children now-in-days. Maybe your parents realized this and decided not to get you one. Maybe they had an unexpected expense and couldn't fit it in the budget at this time. Adults do have to pay bills you know. So grow up and worry about more important things in life. I am so glad I don't have children of my own.

Did they say they were getting you a "fone" like, RIGHT NOW? Consider that they might have meant perhaps for Christmas. Or maybe, hmmm, maybe they have work to do during the week and life gets on top of them, and considering they are trying to run a whole family life with outside life and bills, etc., this isn't their number one top priority in terms of getting to the store...
I'd feel lucky they've said they would do it-- my son's not having one yet!-- and if you haven't heard anything in anotehr couple of weeks about it, to ask (read: Don't WHINE) that you'd wonder when you two might be able to go pick one out, or were they considering making it a surprise for Christmas?
Someone who pushes that hard... maybe shouldn't have one, as it will distract from other things.
Careful, girlfriend, you could push yourself right out of having one!

How selfish - you really think their lives revolve around you completely? Maybe they can't afford it this month and have to wait till next payday. Maybe they forgot amoungst the million other things they have to do. Maybe they don't want you to end up using "txt spk" all the time - although it seems your spelling is already below par.

Your mom is probable apprehensive that some sexual predator will touch you on the pc and is making an attempt to guard you. as quickly as you become old your mothers and dads is definitely no longer so gay. My dad grew to become into an fool till I grew to become 30.
