Ok i was wondering is it possible that the first time ive bred my kakarikis and they have made a mutation? the baby is so cute he is basically full feather and he is a very light green and yellow colour comepaired to most kakarikis ive seen there mainly dark green but this one is amazingly pritty

It sounds like your baby may be the cinnamon mutation which is light green. It's a sex linked mutation so your male would be the one carrying it if both your adults are dark green. If that is the case then your cinnamon baby would be a female. If there are actual defined areas of yellow feathers then you may have a pied mutation as well.

You can get them in many different colours. I have two one is mainly green and red the other one is green with a bright yellow tail. The green ones are the original ones but there are also red and yellow variations.
