It depends. If they told you when you placed the order it would be an hour, then give them another ten minutes, making it 90 minutes - because they're probably slammed. If they told you it was going to be 15-20 minutes, then you can call after 30-40 minutes. You want to give them a "reasonable" window, but there's a limit, ya know?

Depending on what you ordered--it takes time to prepare it--but if they didn't arrive in 45 minutes I would be calling unless they gave me a specific time that was different.
80 minutes is to long to wait--even if you were IN the restaurant. Tell you either don't want it or it should be a no charge--then check your credit card.

it really depends how long they said it would take, maybe like 15+ after hwo long they said. and after an hour call and say you want a discount of you dont want the food.

it depends on the type of restaurant. What you ordered, how busy they are if its friday or saturday expect a longer wait.
