I use the King James version at home, it's an old Bible, it's my Mom's and she gave it to me when I made my First Communion.

However, I've also used different versions during classes at church, or my friends and I hold our own Bible study sessions, and we pretty much all use different versions. A lot of the time it's interesting to see the different translation, and explore the different meanings behing them all.

I read the JKV... Large Print... with MY Own NOTES!

I go through a Bible about every 7-years... as I write my own References from my Personal Study of the Word! [Mark 1:35]

In addition I have studied the Greek TEXT.... and the Hebrew Text.... for the Original Meaning!

Do you have your Own... FREE BIBLE SOFTWARE?

...... www.e-sword.net [ not my site ]

YOU can download it to YOUR Computer.... Many OTHER language translation, European and Asian Languages. Even the Hebrew OT & NT... and NT Greek!

Thanks for Asking ! RR

NIV and KJ

but personally i thik they should stop making so many different versions because the bible will start to evolve with original texts sounding WAY off compared to the original thing. and then things will start to get misinterpreted.

Several. My church uses the KJV but I cross reference with NIV and american Standard on www.biblegateway.com. If they seem to contradict each other I move onto http://www.blueletterbible.org/index.html and use the concordance tool to research specific words.
