God spoke directly to the minds of those He used to write His Book, the Bible, over a period of about 1,500 years. He then used men to assemble and preserve it for 1,900 years after He finished writing it so we can hold a copy in our hands and read it today with total confidence that it is the complete Word of God – nothing more and nothing less. Therefore, God speaks to us today only through His Written Word – the Bible:

2 Peter 1:21 “For the prophecy [God’s Word] came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.”

The Bible is the only source of absolute truth about life and death available to mankind at this time. Once God finished writing the Bible, He ended any possibility that someone can receive a message from Him through dreams, visions, tongues, or signs of some kind. The Scriptures give us everything God wants us to know about spiritual matters:

Deuteronomy 29:29 “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.”
Ephesians 5:6 “Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.”

Furthermore, God gave us this important warning at the very end of His Book:
Revelation 22:18-19 “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”
The statement about “the plagues that are written in this book” refers to the plagues that God tells us about throughout the Scriptures that typify God’s eternal wrath that the unsaved will experience in Hell:

Yes, God still speaks to mankind. Read the Bible and He speaks loud and clear, for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see.

It sounds like you have answered your own question.

How did Gordon Robertson know I had a stiff neck and left shoulder with rotator cuff damage, the morning I was in the audience of the Live 700 Club Broadcast on August 22, 2003?

How did he know I had had physcial therapy on it for a couple of years and that it didn't help and then my insurance ran out?

How did he know that God healed me right then, if God didn't tell Gordon?

God still speaks to man though the Holy Spirit which guides his heart and mind. But what you are saying is very true and I understand and agree.

I think people still hear from God and speak for him inside the boundaries of the word of God already written. for instance, words of knowledge and words of wisdom by inspiration of the Holy Ghost. Preaching and Prophecies are given.........signs and wonders do follow those who believe.
Jesus told his disciples they would do even greater works than he.........told them to go make disciples of all men.......and so on and so on and so forth. and the fruit of God's word is still producing after it's own kind.

God is the same yesterday, today and forever and God changes not. He spoke to his holy prophets in the olden days and does the same today.

According to TV evangelists God tunes in whenever they are on air and gives these super chosen messages and presumably God stops when the show is over.

god does speak to people but its though your conscience! When we do something that is not Christian like he makes us feel it though our conscience. Its like he tells us "Why do you do that, you know that was wrong" Now there are some he does speak to on a one on one basis I just don't who! Some time he speak to us though a minister on another Christian person! I guess it depend on what he want to us know! Believe he tell things if we want to here them!
