You can work for them but warning, if you want results, it will be work. Running is the best exercise I know for good looking legs. It also helps keep your metabolism high, thus burning more calories.

It's all about how you exercise. You can develop new legs by just running. Runners have really good looking legs and they wear shorty shorts to show it, that's why I joined the X-Country team, now I have nice legs and I show them off at every race.

you can't change bone structure - so if your legs are short or stocky no excercise will change that

otherwise you can get a better shape by correct excercise, but to get the dream legs you have in mind, maybe not

but in the end, be greatful you have two healthy legs - the shape does not matter one bit if you were to loose the use of them

it matters. some people are just born with a bigger body type then others and some people are born with a really small body type. but if you have a normal body type and if you work out you could have some sweet legs.

Oh, mine are just lovely but too hairy for anyone to think that they are nice. Only about 50% of us genetically have nice legs. The rest of us can have nice hair, nice eyes, etc.

Diet and exercise will tone the muscle. Are your legs skinny or fat?
It is easier if they are 'skinny', rather than too fat.

Don't forget that for the legs to be fine, you will need to keep up the effort - good luck.

I've never seen a baby with nice legs. Just keep working on it, you won't see results over night.

Exercising specific leg muscles will help. But it's something that takes time and effort.

it helps to have good genes, but you can improve them. Look at how lovely tennis players and skaters' legs are, do loads of running and pilates, apply a bit of fake and they'll look better.
