Some do that, yes. It is shameful.
All we, like sheep, have gone astray.
For that person, above, whom said it is God's decision who goes to hell? Incorrect. We chose our own ultimate destination. God merely gives us our choice.

They, for some reason, think that they are closer to God. In fact according to their teachings they have no right to say anything like that and if they think they are free of sins themselves they are greatly mistaken.
