Please no preaching. I was a Satanist for about 8 months. About 5 months ago I left it behind, but find I am tempted into it again. I have been hardcore Wiccan/Pagan for a while. I don't even believe in a Satan! How can I know if he's real or not? I guess there's no way to prove his existence, like proving the existence of God...

As a Wiccan, I tried Polytheism, but that's not really catching on with me either.

How do you know he's a Myth? You have proof for that too?

Practicing a bit of Satanism isn't "leaving the faith". One can be one, the other, or both. It's like being christian and wiccan. I have known many who have claimed both faiths as their own.

Satanism is just a kind of religious anarchism, doing your best to try to piss off Christians and daring God to do anything about it. Funny thing is you can't believe in Satan without believing in God first, so it makes you a kind of Christian (just a messed up one).
There is no direct connection between Wiccan and satanism, so I think that is not the problem.
Maybe you have some unfinished business, and you need to return to God one time and say "Hey, sorry about the satanism thing, could you release me from this temptation so I can get on with being a wiccan?" Don't know if you would, but try it, it might work.

You claim to be "hardcore" Pagan/Wiccan but are tempted to leave the faith...you are really making no sense.

Satan, as you should already know, is a scare-tactic made up by the Christian religion to keep people in line --- THEIR line. "The Gods of the old become devils of the new." This is a true statement. If you claim to have studied the religion of Wicca, you should have learned that our Horned God's image (Cernunnos, the God of the Hunt) was "adopted" (read 'stolen') and used as a model for the Satan of the Chrisitan religion. Since then, many Pagan concepts and Sabbat dates have been adopted by them in order to try and tempt Pagans into converting. When that didn't work, they murdered, tortured, hung, burned and drowned us. Freedom of speech, press and religion seems to be a foreign concept to some. (December 25 was adopted from Mithraism -- and it is close to the Pagan Sabbat of Winter Solstice also known as Yule on December 21; Easter was taken from the Pagan Sabbat Ostara; the Pagan Sabbat of Samhain was adopted and called Halloween; many Pagan Gods and Goddesses were sainted: Brighid instantly comes to mind. This is just to name a couple of things taken from Paganism.) Anyone who doesn't believe these things needs to look them up online and find out the real truth. The bottom line to your question, however, is this: if you are brainwashed to believe he is real, then he is very real. If you are sane and realize the truth, this unfortunate myth they call Satan will remain just that: a myth.

I believe that evil is truly. You is not going to appreciate Satan such a lot via what he appears like however via the smash and destruction he leaves in his direction. Because he's additionally a spirit there shall be no truly bodily description the nearest we will come is to mention darkness.

One cannot see the wind, itself. But one can feel and see the effects of the wind.

Likewise, one cannot see God or Satan. But everyone knows and understands the effects of each.

So, yeah. Me thinks both exist.

God Bless.

Satan is a figment of God's imagination. If you don't believe in God, Satan doesn't exist either.

He hides in anyone named Natasha...Spell it backwards baby.

Sorry, I know that was unhelpful :(
I don't know if Satan exists or not I'm afraid, but believe whatever makes you feel whole and good and kind.

"Satan" is a derivation of the Hebrew word "saatan" which means "adversary" or "enemy". The entity called "Satan" is a myth, and is NOT real. Evil is real, Satan is not.

No. He is a made up scapegoat for mankind. ALL evil on earth comes from man himself. Most don't have the nads to admit it, so they made up a one size fits all being to blame everything on.
