I HAVE NOT BEEN ILL AT ALL, NOT EVEN A COLD. MY WBC COUNT GETS HIGHER EVRY TIME THEY TEST IT. I AM AFRAID I HAVE LEUKEMIA.

No, there are lots of other reasons to have a high wbc.

Some people just do with no reason. Some people have chronic, low end infections...like sinus problems or post nasal drip..which kicks off the wbc, but doesn't really bother you.

Mine was sinus infections. I had one constantly, but mostly it seemed normal to me. I've gotten those gone, and my wbc is down to 10,000.

Talk with your doctor, and express your concerns. That's the best place to get medical answers from...not from Y!A.

I could mean you have a hidden infection in the body. You need to talk to the doctor about it. Also have you been on steroids? They can raise your white count. If your doc suspects leukemia they will do a bone marrow test.

If your WBC is elevated it means you have an infection somewhere. If you have had it tested before, like you say, they should have found out why it is elevated.

* Could be an systemic infection in your colon. If you're concerned, test for leukemia.
