I agree!
Many point to Matthew 7:1 that says "Judge not..." and they stop there, but those who look at the rest of the chapter will see that it is saying that we should not judge based on our own standards, but we are to "judge rightious judgement" (John 7:24) and that we should examine ourselves before examining others.
Notice in Matthew 7, after we have gotten the beam out of our own eye, then we can see clearly to get the speck out of another's eye (verse 5). Our taking note of their flaws with the goal to help them overcome them, not to condemn them!
Also in verses 15-19, we can take note of false prophets. It says, "By their fruit ye shall know them." I have heard some say, we are not judges, but we are fruit inspectors.
Yes, where God has already spoken, we must likewise speak! If God has said something is wrong, then we can know that those who practice such are in error.

Well, the problem here is your definition of the word "judge".
If you mean that you can never point out that someone's actions is wrong (such as if someone lies to you, et cetera), then you must ban all police, because they actually arrest people who are doing wrong!
Furthermore courts, judges or juries would no longer be allowed, because that is their sole purpose, to judge right and wrong behavior.
I guess it means that you believe that anything goes, with no restriction? (That's what it sounds like to ME, at least!)
However, if by "judge", you mean put motive behind the actions, then you are right. If a person does something wrong, then they have done something wrong, period. But if a person does something nice or good, and then you turn around and say "They only did that to ..." (fill in the blank), then THAT kind of judging is wrong, because you are trying to look into the heart, and only GOD can do that!
If you say "He goes to church", or "He doesn't go to church", that is merely a statement. If you say "He goes to church because he just wants to earn points", or "He doesn't go to church because of all the hypocrites", then THAT is wrong!
"He's only a Christian because of money!" - wrong!
"He stole $10 dollars!" - NOT wrong!
"You're a hypocrite!" - wrong!
"You're a liar (you told me a lie)" - NOT wrong!
Do you see the difference? One has to do with evaluating the actions of another, while the second has to do with judging motives of the heart."
"Don't you know that you shall judge angels?"

i do no longer decide a man or woman by using her non secular concept. i detect your rationalization very thrilling. In Yahoo!solutions there's a "conflict" between Atheists and Believers with regards to the roots of the religion, the very existence of God, evolution/ creationism and so on. it is so contained in the English area and contained in the Italian as nicely. ok. it extremely is allright. yet i do no longer examine messages, wherein is written that Atheists are "chilly hearted". Do you hear some thing like that contained in the allday existence? i ask your self no remember if it is distinctive right here in Italy, yet i will't draw any end. As you be attentive to, the State of the Church is in Rome. as quickly because it had a lots larger territory. we are used right here to work out the Church as a solid means and, on a similar time, we've consistently seen its human weak spot and limitations. because of the fact the middle Age we had struggles between supporters and enemies of the Church. The Church has used its means to take effect upon existence in Italy and Italians have used the Church for political motives. contained in the inhabitants you will discover oftentimes a serious eye to the Church and the religion. So for this reason Atheists are no longer seen "chilly hearted".

KNOW WHO YOU ARE !!!
In this world of gross darkness we shine as bright lights in the midst of perversions , hostility , ignorance , cults , and false Christianity. I want to encourage you, dear saints, to hold on to what God has gave you , keeping the faith , exercising the gifts the Holy Spirit has freely gave. We are NOT weaklings ! We are STRONG in the Lord, and in the POWER of His might !!! We are BOLD soldiers , anointed with Light, and Power, and AUTHORITY !!!
Hebrews 7 : 26 For such an high priest became US , who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and MADE HIGHER than the heavens.
I st Corinthians 6 : 1 - 3 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, to go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints ? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world ??????? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters ? Know ye not that we shall judge angels ?????? How much more things that pertain to this life ?!
I Peter 2 : 5, 9 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous Light.
John 7 : 24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
I Corinthians 2 : 15, 16 But he that is spiritual judge all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him ? But we have the mind of Christ.
Isaiah 54 : 17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness of of Me , saith the Lord .
One of the first things out of a heretic, agnostic, or atheists mouth is " you are judging ". Well , we have that authority. BUT ! Make sure the judgment is according to the WORD ! Because of what judgment you put out, you will also be judged with. All things we do, must be done in the Love of Jesus.
WE are KINGS and PRIESTS,, NOW !!! KNOW WHO YOU ARE .........
St.Luke 11 :52 Woe unto you, lawyers ! For ye have taken away the KEY of knowledge: Ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered..
Revelations 1 : 18 I am He that liveth, and was dead; and , behold, I Am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
St. Matthew 16 : 19 And I will give unto thee the KEYS of the kingdom of heaven : and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth SHALL be bound in heaven : and whatsoever thou shalt LOOSE on earth SHALL be loosed in heaven.

You are not god. The omnipotent does not need an intermediary. If you disagree that is of your own accord, but never is it your place, as the god of all men, could certainly make his will known to all. Self righteousness and pretentiousness are the only purpose of such judgments. If you judge others, it is only a futile attempt to glorify yourself. If anything, it separates one from the creator. Know these truths.

WE arent to judge ppl or condemn them, nor are we to hate them because of how they act. God tells us to love the sinner, forgive them, and pray for them. So we do.
But, God tells us it is ok to judge the sins of a fellow believer, tho we dont judge the person. WE can tell them what is sin and whats not, according to Gods word and remind them what He says about disobeying Him, We are to be bold , but do it in love with concern for them. WE are commanded to do this with believers, not with non believers. For them , we just speak truth. But, GOd says we speak truth and lvie it and the convicting is the Job of the Holy SPirit. If they hear , fine, if they reject it, its between them and God and we keep praying
But, God tells us when we wont go to a fellow believer , we will be held resonsible for their sin also, as tho we did it ourselves. That too is in scripture. WE dont judge them, we judge the sin. we do it to warm them, because God loves them and so do we. But if we cant do it in love, we arent to do it at all. God is love But to go to someone for correction is to have the motive of trying to bring them to the Lord, not in condemning and driving them away. WE must quest our motives before we go to correct anyone, and then let the Holy Spirit guide. I had a good friend let her boyfriend move in last year, and they are supposed to be Christian. I did speak up that not only do we not sin, we arent to give the appearance of sinning. It was not recieved, and I was made to be the fall guy. But doesnt matter. God was pleased with what I said as I spoke His truth. WE are to live truth and speak it without fear or compromise, going boldly before the throne of God in truth. SOme will receive it and some wont, just like they did to Jesus. But we leave the convicting to the HOly Spirit and keep praying, as we live and speak the truth still, without fear We have the spirit of Hope, Not fear. Fear kills.
PPl think since we cant judge a sinner, that we cant judge sin, and they are wrong. The Bible is clear about it. God is clear about sin, and we need to be too
Great question thanks. God bless you to overflow..

All these beliefs were developed in primitive times, before science gave us much knowledge and technology. People had little control over their world, and little knowledge of how it works. We need updated or newer spiritual ideas, which are in clear easy to understand english, in this day and age. Meditate/pray, do mind-body exercises, eat healthy, and don't over indulge. this will sharpen your spiritual senses, so that you may be able to come up with, new and fresher ideas.

Assess situations and behaviors
and when come to sufficient knowledge, call sin the sin that is is
call evil what it is and point out its effects
One needs to begin with oneself since that is the mind, situation and view he or she knows
but judge nobody since only God can do that accurately and without mixed motives

Matthew 7 vs. 1-5 kjv (emphasis mine)
1Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall BE MEASURED TO YOU again. 3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, BUT CONSIDEREST NOT but the beam that is in thine own eye?
4Or HOW wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5Thou hypocrite, FIRST cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and THEN shalt thou see CLEARLY to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
*THE CAPS- is mine, however the point is to NOT judge hypocritically. When you want to help someone see something like this, you must examine yourself in this area first, and always do it with gentleness, love, and fear of God.*
MATTHEW 7:12-20(CAPS MINE)
12Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
15BEWARE of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16Ye shall KNOW them by THEIR fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18A good tree CANNOT bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree BRING FORTH GOOD FRUIT.
19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the FIRE. 20Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
