What is a true religion???

I have seen so many religions .!! so many people following so many gods..!! i dont understand what to follow..!!???
what does religion teaches us??
I dont want any specific religion .. just tell me wat is religion..!!

I can see.. mostly peopl sayign only bout Chruch and Bible..!! i mean i need only the general religion concept not any religion concept..!! because certain concept of one religion might hurt other religion points. so let us not be specific..!!

It is important that you identify the true religion because the Bible says that there is only one way to worship God.

Well a true religion would be a religion that worships a deity that actually exists. There is no way to actually prove that any religion in this world is right, so currently no "true religion" exists. (Don't try to tell me otherwise, if there was a true religion on this planet, everybody would follow it)

You need to be creative, and develop your own belief and your own image of God. Pray/meditate, do mind-body exercises, eat healthy, and don't over indulge, and you will get stronger spiritually.
