Yeah,
the other day on Thursday I had some food my dad made,
and ever since then I haven't been able to "poop" and
I puked all that I ate that night and I had a bag of beef jerky yesterday,
and I'm still full from that.
Anyone know whats wrong with me?

Beef jerky is not great for your digestion to begin with and certainly not a bag of it.
If you want to "poop" on a regular basis, try eating fruits and vegetables everyday, high fiber cereals, and whole grain breads. Include yogurt daily which has great pro-biotics for digestion, and give up your junk foods like beef jerky.
Whatever it was that mde you vomit has probably gone by, but your digestion has slowed down. For now, try some vegetable soup with rice. This should help start things off, and then you could have some yogurt for dessert. Have plenty of water. You might not "poop" today, but if you start eating properly, you will very shortly.
If, however, you are experiencing ANY abdominal pain and/or fever, see your doctor. There are a few medical conditions that present with these symptoms.

You won't "poop" if you don't eat. If you are eating just fine, try a couple glasses of prune juice.. yuck! I know, but it usually works pretty good. Raisin Bran cereal works pretty good, too, within 12 hours. If you still can't go ....SEE A DOCTOR!

probably a touch of food poisoning, nothing to get your panties in a knot over. Try eating some yogurt and drinking two liters of water, get yourself moving again.
