Oh yes, girl! I have one on every bed in my house. I also like the down mattress pads. You can get all that stuff from "Bed, Bath, and Beyond" or "Linens and Things" for reasonable prices. I would suggest getting a duvet to go on it though, because they are hard to clean and the feathers sometimes come out. With a duvet you can just throw the comfortor in there and when it's time to clean, take the comfortor out and wash the duvet on gentle cycle.
They are so nice and keep you nice and warm in the winter!

Yes they are very,very nice.. I would also recommend purchasing a duvet cover to protect the down comforter... If you are allergic to down there are "down alternatives" that are good for people with allergies.. I wash my down comforter about once every couple months.. It squishes down really flat so I use my extra capacity home washing machine... or you can go to the laundry mat.. In the double capacity machine's I've washed 2 Queen sized down comforters and 1 regular queen comforter no problem...

YES! They are so very comfy. I just purchased one recently and I love it. However, be careful if you have allergies because they will make you itch! And also, they are bad in the summer time because they are super hot. One last thing, if you decide to get one...be sure and wash it several times before you use it because down smells REALLY bad at first.

I love love love my down comforter. It keeps me warm in the winter and its cool enough to have on the bed in the summer.....how does it work? I don't know. I don't care. I also love the sound of down comforters. They have a crisp cotton cover and in crunches a bit when you move around. It sounds clean and crisp.

Very comfortable and very warm...but they can also be expensive. Just make sure you're not allergic to down :p
