I do.

My grandmother was 18 when she was set up on a blind date with my then 26 year old grandfather. After there first date, she vomited because she knew after only spending time with him for an hour that he was the one. Two days later the went on a second date. The day after that, he asked her to marry him, so they were engaged within 5 days of meeting each other with only 2 dates. They were married for 50 years, had 3 children, but my grandpa died of lung cancer 4 years ago and my grandma was devastated. She told me about this dream she had, were my dad and his brother [the third one had died of aids] were kids and she was waiting for my grandpa to come home. And she waited and waited and waited. And then she woke up and realized he wasn't coming home. Recently, my neighbor asked her out, but she told him she just wanted to stay friends because she still loves my grandpa.

My parents were married in 1941, and passed away in July of this year, a week after their 66th wedding anniversary.

They both died of natural causes, and only 12 hours apart. Mom died July 10, at 7 pm, Dad joined her on July 11 at 7 am. They got to die in their home, which was important to them, and neither was left behind to grieve for the other. And they are together forever now.

This may not be what you had in mind, but I think it's the greatest love story I've ever heard.

yep. okies, here goes...
so i was stuck in this 'earlybird' class in my school, which basically means i have to wake up two hours earlier than usual because i couldn't fit that required class into my schedule. because of that i ended up taking art in fourth period that year, with a bunch of people one grade below mine that i wouldn't have known otherwise. pretty much everyone in there was nice but kinda juvenile, but there was one guy who really stood out. he would hang out with everyone else, but when i talked to him i found out he was really, really intelligent and not just someone looking for a 3-day girlfriend or anything like that. only he didn't have hardly any self-esteem at all, and was always kinda shy. so i taught him this code, and we'd write to each other everyday during class so no one else could read it.
then about halfway through the semester i was working on a picture, and he was sitting next to me. he put his arm on the table and i leaned over and put my head against his side while i worked. ^.^ that pretty much started it, he asked me to be his girlfriend about two weeks later, and we've been stuck together ever since. (more than 10 months now.) he said i'm the only one he's ever actually happy around, and he's the best boyfriend ever. ^_^

Yes I do. No, it's not me- mine was tragic.

I knew a man who lived his life devoted to his wife and she to him. The things they did together, the times they went through like when he was missing in action for two years during World War II and the reunion when he showed up at home. (It was a surprise because he'd gotten home before the letter from the red cross made it to his wife!)

... and even near the end of his life. He was in the hospital and the illness he suffered made it so that he couldn't think straight. (he thought he was in a hotel)

The nurse told me that during the night he'd gotten up and climbed into bed with a strange woman. I knew better than anyone else though what he had done.

I knew that he'd gone looking for his wife and was confused. All that he wanted was to be with her. He might have been confused about a lot of things near the end but not about how much he loved her.

He was a hero and a good husband. Most of all, he was a good man. I really miss him.

How's this? My grandmother had two suitors when she was young and living in Germany. One was an older, established man, and the other was a young man with whom she was in love, but who was not yet able to support her. She took the practical route and married the older man (she was 19). They had two daughters (my mother and aunt), but a less than magical relationship. The younger man eventually married another woman, and they moved to the U.S. where they had three children (the daughter was named after my mother).

Hitler came to power, and my grandparents, mother and aunt were caught up and taken into the concentration camps. My grandfather was killed at Auschwitz. My mother was separated from her mother and sister, but they all survived and were eventually reunited.

Meanwhile, my grandmother's old suitor who had moved to the U.S. lost his wife to cancer and was raising three kids on his own. When the news about the Holocaust came out, he began to wonder about whether his old girlfriend had survived. He started looking for her, and eventually found them living in the Netherlands. He brought her and her daughters to the United States, where they got married and raised his three children together, with help from my mother and aunt, who were adults by then.

Mine. The girl I loved was killed in a car crash when we were were 19. Many years later, I still decorate her grave and have her picture in a frame on my wall.
I have made a Web page for her pictures, to memorialize her; I had the church that performed her funeral perform a memorial service.
I really believe that had she not been fatally injured in a car crash, we would have had a happy life together.

I'm working on one right now.

I just surprised a good friend of mine with a romantic dinner this Friday. Then I told her how I feel about her. We'll just have to wait and see how the rest of the story goes.
Take a look at my question, it's all there:
