I'd say its wrong to steal even the slightest penny from the church.......but calling the police and having them arrested for stealing a $1.00??? Not to THAT extremes, maybe if they would have talked to him and found out what causes made him steal the dollar...maybe he was hungry....but not to the extremes of arresting the person.
