how do i get rid of this "jaggly" text? i just noticed right now,
but yesturday it was all smooth and i want it back to smooth..

Try this (make sure you're viewing the document at 100%):

1. Double-click on the "T" on the layers pane to select all.
2. On the text options bar (top), there will be an anti-aliasing option box ("aa") and it'll most likely be on None. Play with it to your liking.

Alternatively, you can change the anti-aliasing mode on the characters window pane.

If you did not save the original file, then, the only way to get rid of the "jaggies' is to replace the text.

You can, either, recreate the logo, or, trace over the letters in a vector format with Illustrator or something like it.
