I baked an apple pie and I have extra filling (sliced apples coated in cinniman, ginger, ect.)
I also have bananas and walnuts and stuff, I have just about every ingredient you could possibly think of, but I don't know what to do with those apples! Can I store them? How?

Apple Pie Bread. Extra filling? Check out this link. If you do't have a bread machine make it the old fashioned way.

If you have onions, vinegar and brown sugar, you can make a delicious spiced apple chutney. Finely chop or mince the onions, chop the apple into small cubes, and just simmer them in about half a cupful of vinegar, adding brown sugar to taste. Don't add too much liquid, as the juice comes out of the other ingredients. You need to cook it for about 45 minutes to an hour, keep tasting and adding extra spice, sugar, or whatever else you think it needs, until the liquid is well reduced. Add some raisins or sultanas if you like. If you make it now it will make a beautiful Christmas gift, great for giving to family and neighbours for the holidays!

You made a pie. Make some apple sauce. Cook the apples in a little applejuice, stir not constantly, but not occasionally, somewhere in between. on low heat until the apples are tender. then stir it hard to break them up, and you have a nice chunck homemade apple sauce. Yummy.
Then make some pan porkchops, and have pork chops and applesauce.

The seasoned apples can easily make some really good homemade applesauce. Just cook them over low heat and let them steam until tender, they'll mash pretty easy once they're cooked.

I know people have suggested muffins & bread for these. Also great ideas.

Or, just heat them up and use for pancake toppings.
