Either sunny side up or over easy with a rasher of bacon and a slice of whole-wheat bread toasted very, very dark.

I like eggs every way except scrambled. Fried I want them over easy. Omelet I want with onion, green pepper, jalepenos, and ham and cheese. Boiled hard, soft, cold or hot! Poached light and on buttered toast. EGGS ROCK!

I like them cooked sunnyside up, but when a lot of people stop cooking them, I flip them over to the yolk cooks. Or I like them hard boiled, but I don't eat the powdery yolk.

Definitely eggs benedict.

(that's poached eggs on toasted english muffin, with ham or canadian bacon, all topped with lemony Hollandaise sauce. It's to die for. Mmmmm.)

Scrambled and they can't be at all runny. If they are runny honey I send them back jack.

Scrambled with cheese, ham, bacon, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. YUM! With a side of pancakes, real butter, thanks.
