God "believes in" everybody. But, He knows that narrow is the way which leads to the gate of Everlasting Life and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:13,14).
Death in this life is just a sleep awaiting His Coming. They that have done good will come forth unto the resurrection of life (His 2nd Coming); and they that have done evil will come forth unto the resurrection of damnation (His 3rd Coming -- after the Millennium). John 5:28,29

Your question is weird.
Ofcourse God believes in you... He knows that we are going to sin, but he gave us Jesus so that we can repent, and be free of our sins. He gave us the power to pray whenever we have done something wrong, and recognize it as being wrong. I have disobeyed the 10 commandments, I have sinned by lying before and yelling at my parents. I ask the Lord for forgiveness, and he forgives me. Sure, he is dissapointed when I do this, but he is more happy when I realize that what I did was wrong, and that I want to change.
It's not "us" that die, it is just our earthly bodies. Our souls go out to Jesus because we are eternally saved, and we can live with him forever.

Faith is not dependent upon keeping the ten commandments.
But if one is intent on deceiving, they will redefine such things to suit their own purposes.
In Christianity, the law is fulfilled through love as opposed and contrasted to merely "keeping" the commandments.
