I don't believe it's a sin, you're just talking about wearing women's clothes, not going out as a girl & other things along those lines.

Of course it is not. Anyway how do you know what any "God" wants. The only real sin is to harm someone and wearing women's clothes harms no body unless you borrow someones clothes and damage them. Of course you can pay them for the damage
